• Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance

• The course fee is to be paid in advance, either online or in the studio

• Subscriptions are non-transferable and have a term of six months

• Unused subscriptions expire

• Refunds are not possible; in case of illness or accidents, the subscription may be paused

• Private lessons must also be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full amount is due

• Please cancel your subscription at least two weeks before expiration, otherwise it will be automatically renewed

• Participation in the course is at your own risk

• Pilates Place Basel assumes no liability for accidents or damages
